I went to my first Dodger game of the year with Andy. It was fun. Some people gave us their tickets on the way in. I tried bartering with a scalper. I offered ten dollars for field level. The scalper seemed insulted. It was all posturing, I assume. The game was quick. We also saw Jeremy Miller, who instantly entered my top ten celebrity sighting list.

We went to Bakersfield for a wedding. Robyn's parents are in town. It was fun. I got to be a deejay. We stayed in a hotel. Jack and I played in a pool.
Robyn drove home. She drove the stick into the ground (in a good way). Now Jack is eating fish sticks and edamame. He is also watching Bud's Life.
I need to get to a Dodger game soon.
School is close to being almost over.
I went to Disneyland again with Jack on Friday and ruled the roost on Buzz Lightyear.

End of Le Break
Tomorrow I go back to work. I had some good time off. Teachers ought stop their protests. We've got it good. I had a fun time hanging out with my kiddo. I also watched some Mad Men and am in the middle of Curb season seven. It is really funny and awkward and good. Treme premiered tonight. I will try and watch it tomorrow.
Baseball is also fun. The Dodgers stink. Hopefully this isn't a trend. I want less Dodger owners to go through a divorce right now.
Jack and Robyn are cool. We had fun doing fun things over the break. Maybe I will see the Dodgers in person soon. This is all.

Cool to me only
Albert Woolson, the last (undisputed) survivor of the Civil War died in 1956 in a house about 400 feet away from where Bob Dylan grew up in Duluth. Here is the googlemap:

Last Night
I had a dream that I was at a Beach Boys concert. It was at the beach somewhere in Laguna. At one point Brian Wilson circa 1972 showed up. He left really quickly. Someone from the Beach Boys sent me to find him. He was hiding in a cave that was like a cage that a snake would live in at a zoo. It had a heat lamp and a hot rock inside.
Then I was back at the concert. The started playing "Cotton Fields" but stopped because they couldn't remember all the words. The Rob Bethancourt started playing something on electric guitar. The I woke up to use the restroom. Now I am awake.

Spring Break Attack
It just hit me. My Google Calendar says Spring Break over and over for two weeks. This is both strange and awesome. More awesome. I'm used to winter break being two weeks long, not spring. Robyn is in Bakersfield, so I took Jack to Disneyland today. It was a good kick-off. Robyn is picking up extra days at work so I get to hang out with Jack for two weeks straight. Just chillin' out at parks and riding trains and ponies. Maybe I'll take him to the track.
Yesterday I had some good beer made by Mr. A and friends in Ventura. It was quite delicious.
Robyn also wants me to figure out what I want for my birthday. I don't really care. I want time. I want to get paid for hanging out. I want to regrow hair. I want lasik eye surgery and a guitar. Nothing too attainable, but it is my thirtieth, so I'm told I can ask for more. I don't like spending money though. Except on food stuffs and hang out time. Maybe I'll go to Montana or New York. Or I'll head up north for a double-dip of Ad Hoc and Russian River. Or maybe I'll just get some My Taco, Rogain, and Four Loko and call it a night.

New Car.
I got a new car. It is a Ford Escape. It is fun. It reminds me of driving the Trooper sort of. Spring Break is also almost upon us. This Friday. I will be Mr. Mom. I might even Netflix Mr. Mom and watch the heck out of it real good. Now the heater is on and I need to start teaching.

My Gecko Shorts Ripped
I will have to sew them and then buy a new pair this summer. Jack is eating breakfast. Yogurt. Trix yogurt. It looks like the food they ate in Hook.
In other news... Robyn is sleeping and I am typing. We're going to Kevin's birthday tonight. It should be fun. In a few minutes I'm going to go get eggs for pancakes or crepes. Not sure what yet.
School is going well. I'm running again. Robyn got all fit. I was going to P90x it, but I don't have the discipline or the time. That's about it in the things going on category. We also went to Arizona to watch Spring Training. It was super fun.

Camelback Bill
We had a fun time in Arizona. Tempe was beautiful. The people were fabulous. The baseball was fantastical. The draft was spandangular. We watched two fandamnblorinous games and had a draft. We played pool and ate many helpings of junk foods. We saw Ramon Martinez and Manny. It was all boss.

Coughy Day in February
Robyn and Jack just got back from a weekend in Colorado. It was cold and they had fun seeing fams. Jack's been sick. He had pneumonia. I'm sick now. We're all about the sickness. Jack's walking around throwing Woody from Toy Story on the ground. Robyn is about to workout. She's getting in tip top shape. Me? Not so much.
Second semester is a few weeks in. Everything get a bit overwhelming at times. It'll be over soon and then it all starts fresh.
Congrats to the Beths and their little bundle of what what!
Jack's still throwing Woody.
I'm still coughing.
Gloyd out.

Father.Son.Outing.Sugar.Magik.
I took Jack to Disneyland today. I ruled the roost on the Buzz Lightyear the ride. Jack's mind was blown. I broke the top ten for the day. You can see my score in the picture below. Josh and Andrea Forbes came over last night. It was fun. We stayed up late. There was nobody at Disneyland and we went on a bunch of rides. Robyn stayed home. It was way fun.
The semester just ended yesterday. I am beat. New semester starts Monday. I've some fun things planned that the kids probably won't appreciate.
We are reading Night. I am looking forward for it to be over. I'm super beat. I might work out and then I might watch District 9. I might also listen to some Wilson Pickett.

January
We had a fun ramble. The Bethancourts came and they were just delightful. The Dodgers signed Vincente Padilla. This move was not the most delightful. Whatevs. I'm drinking coffee from my Abraham Lincoln mug. It's a brown mug and I often pretend Abraham Lincoln once owned it. I pretend that when I drink from it, I capture a little smidge of his essence. Nothing else (except that the sun is now in my eyes). Bummer.

The Office Update
I'm doing some planning for Monday and watching more of season five. Stringer Bell just showed up. Hopefully things will improve. I think this is why he was going to night school.
