i'm playing fetch with my dog and making chicken noodle soup from scratch. i've been in to soup lately. chicken noodle, lentil, and split pea have been my initial experiments. i put a lot of onions in this batch, telling myself "one can never have too many onions." however, i might be wrong on this one.

i'm going to watch cold war kids tonight (though i wish they were the cold war kidz).
